Purpose Home Loans is the trade name used by Andrew Malm, Senior Loan Originator, NMLS# 2663426, a loan originator with Edge Home Finance, LLC, NMLS# 891464. Mortgage broker services are offered through Edge Home Finance, LLC. This policy covers purposehomeloans.com and andrewmalm.com.
Information we collect
When you use a form on this website, we collect what you provide. The "See my options" form collects your first name, phone number, email address if provided, the state the property is in, and your answers about your loan scenario. The calculator capture collects your first name, phone, optional email, and the numbers you entered. The realtor form collects your name, brokerage, phone and email. The booking calendar collects what you enter when you schedule a call.
How we use it
To review your scenario, match it to available loan programs, contact you about your inquiry, and comply with the law. Information is sent to our customer relationship system so we can respond. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Edge Home Finance, LLC and the lenders or lending partners needed to evaluate and process a loan application, and anyone we are required to share it with by law or regulation.
Phone and text messages
Each form that asks for your phone number has a consent checkbox that stays unchecked until you check it. When you check it and send the form, you authorize Edge Home Finance, LLC and its loan originators, including Andrew Malm of Purpose Home Loans, to contact you by phone calls, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and text messages at the number you provided, including through autodialed systems, about mortgage loan products and services. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or contact us directly.
